As an Infantil II teacher, doing the art project is both fun and a challenge. It is also one of the projects I look forward into introducing with my class.
We always start with a trip to the Da Vinci Museum.
Learning about the artist’s life and works are all educational to all of us.
But working on an inspired art is the real challenge. I had to keep in mind that my students are still developing their motor skills—how to grasp a brush or a crayon is still quite difficult to most of them.
They enjoyed the process of making their art while learning some English words.
The results, were of course, awesomely artistic!
